We are a small group and have intentionally kept our costs
as low as possible so we can provide this at a much
lower price than comparable offers out there. Also, our
purpose in the first place was to make this available at
a discount because so many companies sell what end up being
basic packages with the sole purpose of "up selling"
you to the high priced programs that contain the "real
information" you need.
Are there any reoccurring
fees or charges?
You pay the one time fee and that's it. There are no additional
charges or monthly subscription fees associated with the
program. Also, additional reports and updates we send to
our customers are all included.

Do you
sell hard copies of the program?
Since the cost alone would be about $200 more
just to sell this amount of material in hard copy form,
we are not selling hard copies right now. Though it is something
we may make available in the future, we have intentionally
looked at how we can give our customers the most value at
the lowest cost possible. The individual e-books are in
a printable PDF format and the Editable Forms are in a word
processor/RTF version so you can edit them as needed. (This
is particularly important so you can customize the worksheets
and contracts however you see fit). The audios are also
in universal mp3 format that can be played on any portable
music player, your computer or burned on CD. Basically,
whatever works best for you.
How do I download
the program?
Immediately after ordering, a link will be created for
you where you can download the program and all the bonuses
immediately. The individual e-books are in a printable PDF
format and the Editable Forms are in a word processor/RTF
version so you can edit them as needed. The audios are in
universal mp3 format that can be played on any portable
music player, your computer or burned on CD. This also means
there are no shipping charges or shipping delays since you
receive the program immediately.

Do I need a real
estate license to do this?
You will not need a real estate license to do this business.
In fact, there are actually disclosure issues which make
it better not to have a real estate license.
When you're starting it out it is best to establish you
Power Team to help you do everything right. (It is discussed
in chapter 4 of the main manual in the program). You don't
need to know everything, you just need to have the right
team of people around you that do, so you can refer to their
expertise.
Do the real
estate contracts apply to my specific state laws?
The contracts have been created to be more universal in
nature so they can be used in multiple states. Of course
we always recommend you have a local attorney look over
your contracts to make any particular adjustments you may
need for your unique circumstances. We provide two versions
of the forms and agreements, one as a PDF that's nicely
formatted and another as a RTF (Word processor version)
that you can edit anyway you would like. We also discuss
using clauses and include filled out examples of the contracts
in the program.

program work where I live?
